They also call themselves CONTINENTAL CREDIT. They run credit report inquiries at their will without customer consent, without authorization and for no valid reason; they affect your credit by running these credit inquiries. I was told by the manager that they inquiry was made by mistake, and yet they had not done anything to fix this. Moreover, how can they be so careless about such delicate and personal information?? Management and staff are disorganized and lack communication skills and follow up, and evidently are extremely unprofessional.

Big hassle compared to similar companies. Since i told them not to call me with reminders, now they have to submit to corporate office to clear me for a small loan. Ill have to wait a day until "corporate" gets back to them.

I was new to credit just starting out , and this company greatly rose my credit and helped me a lot . I’m still with them great customer service Aisha helped me build my credit !!!
