Went in to get a cash advance loan. The rep. Karen at the Cash store, her customer service was great. The process over all was smooth and I would definitely recommend others here ONLY if you are desperate. I got approved for way more than what i was pre qualified for. The only cons are the wait time i waited 2.5-3 hours from walking in the door, doing the application, calling my bank then leaving so be prepared to wait a while especially if you are a new applicant or are after a new applicant. Also The overall amount or percentage wasn’t disclosed and I notice im paying them an extra 2k just to borrow 1k! Ridiculous never again

I went here to get a loan with Kellie and brought 2 ways to verify my employment but this little girl said I couldn’t be verified unless she could call a company line to verify employment when we work from home and don’t even have that kind of line. This is absolute bs. The little girl I worked with had an attitude the whole time and kept talking over me... in person. I refuse to work with them even while I’m struggling at the moment. You guys work with human beings in uncomfortable situations... why don’t you have some respect for others?

Jasmine was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. She made me laugh and showed interest in what I needed the loan for, as well as my daughter's well being. If I ever need a loan again, this is the only place I'll go because of Jasmine.

These ladies just called my phone for an account that was 6 years old DEMANDING money and were very rude to me.. I call back and asked to be placed on the do not call list and they hung up on me.. I DON'T RECOMMEND THESE BROADS TO ANYBODY!!!!!!!
