My credit score is average needed a $300 loan for my daughter books. I was refereed by a friend to apply here so I applied over the phone and was told that I will receive a call for the results. Never received a call in returned which meant to me I wasn't approved??? That was a huge blessing I reached out to my bank for the $300 was approved, my fees for the $300 loan is $53.89 but Gold Star wanted to charge $150 for a $300 loan... So if you need a loan don't call Gold Star. They lack customer service and their fees are ridiculous ...

They are very friendly and helpful. They work with you if you can't make a payment AS LONG AS PEOPLE CALL THEM and talk to them.
