The location is fine and the manager is very nice but TitleMax is predatory / a loan shark operation make no mistake about it. 14.8% a month just in interest and then you renew and renew and get hit with new terms and new fees. I'm pretty sure you can get a better rate from a literal loan shark lol. All the 5 star reviews are because they make you review before you get your money right in the store so of course you're going to leave 5 stars. I'm honestly not sure how this is legal but since I did agree to the terms it's on me. Most people probably lose their car to this though I imagine since it is designed that way.

I got helped by a great lady named JaCoya Moore. She was really great and answered all of my questions. She made the process easy and quick which I really like. Definitely recommend her if you stop at the Mckinney location
