Great service, made getting my loan easy and quick!

They are fast to call if a payment is late, but won’t give details on the account you are there to pay. They did not ask who I was or for any kind of ID. All they were interested in was the payment. I told them I needed a balance for my mother’s account. Told them I had power of attorney and I was caring for my mother’s finances since she had dementia and Alzheimer’s. The lady who took the payment said they could not accept power of attorney to give a balance on my mother’s account unless it was my mother who was there to ask for it. I told her since my mother is bedridden and can no longer get to them, they would not get their payment either. I told her my mother does not even remember getting a loan or what I was talking about when they called and said she was late with her payment. I was trying to pay it off. Not going back to make her payment if indeed she has an account there since I didn’t get information. Their loss. Talking to my mother, she doesn’t remember, so not going to affect her credit. Not going to apply for anything in the future. Not wasting my time to go make a payment I know nothing about.

Super friendly staff. Same day loans. Manager is always very helpful. Their interest isnt as high as other loan companies. I recommend.

I was referred to this location by a family member. The service here is excellent and the staff is very attentive. I'm able to submit my documents ahead of time for review. They always have called me back to let me know if I was approved for a loan or if I needed to work on my debt. I appreciate the transparency. I highly recommend you use them in you need a loan.
