The process of receiving the loan is great! But the people in this location are absolutely relentless. I know when my payment is due. I typically make that payment about 4 days after due to the way our payroll falls. We have received countless calls the very next day after the due date requesting payment. After speaking to several reps in this office & being told the system is on auto call basically, I've come to the conclusion that possibly this office is just trying to fill time!! I deal with customer service & accounts on a daily basis. If I ever found out my CSR's are calling customers in such a manner there would be consequences. We have been faithful customers to this location for several years & never in the past have we received so many calls about our payment. This could be a huge turnoff for potential customers. Another issue is I have asked on multiple occasions to change the contact number OneMain has to mine. I am the one who handles our home finances. On multiple occasions I have been told it has been changed. IT HASN'T! He received the call just today. Please update this information as requested & requested & requested & requested. I totally understand having to contact customers concerning past due or defaulted accounts. But if you notice our account is not one of those. If I am more than a week late on a payment, by all means please call me. If I am one day late then please give me the opportunity to make it or contact my local office.

Ricky has been the person I call when I need a loan. He makes it so easy for us. He is someone I will always go to. Thank you Ricky you are awesome.

These people came through when I needed some emergency funds without too many hassles. The only negative is the interest was a little high. But they are a lot better than Sunbelt Financial.

i know this is basic $$ plus commission base job and that was the only reason the man who sit all the way in the end tell us to re apply in next month so he can count us in his targeted percentage for commission S M F H....The male loan manager really DO NOT HAVE have commonsense and were making just mindless Excuses to not approve my loan giving them 2 stars just because of female she was super lady and helped us out .

OneMain made my loan experience quicker and easier than any loan I've ever needed. Efficient to the end.
