I have NEVER been a customer of Action Finance, but a friend of mine took out a loan with these people, and put me down as a reference, without my knowledge or consent. Well, after going into default on his loan, Christy with Action Finance, has decided to start peppering my phone with calls to get in touch with my friend. I understand 1 or 2 calls, but after I relayed their message to my friend, then requested that they quit calling me (and being assured that they would), these blood suckers keep calling my number. Action Finance doesn't keep their word when they promised to remove me as a way to track someone down, so at this point I'm not going to hesitate to rate them 1 star. It's too bad your can't 1/2 Star rate a business, because that's what they really deserve.
