I am so sad to be writing a 1 star. Melissa deserves a five star I have worked with her for many years a she is always amazing. The reasoning behind my one star. Reaghan I believe is the correct spelling. I believe this young lady got a job she wasn’t able to handle cause as long as she has been there Ms. Melissa always having to help this poor woman. My wife no longer will come into World Finance after paying off her loan as I have decided once mine is paid I will no longer do business here. This young lady never dresses the professional attire. I understand sometimes some days are harder than others but we are at work miss ma’am. My wife has come in there on more than one occasion she had her sweet baby up there but it is not the place. One day my poor wife didn’t come in when she saw it was just her an the baby up there. One more thing among many others is making sure a sign is on the door us older folks it’s hard to get in an out of car when we do an the door locked during business hours it’s hard for us to get back in an wait. She does apologize after 20 mins she was in the powder room. I am sorry to have to end my many years. I understand us older folks tend to have higher standards but there is one for professionalism.

The manager at World Finance in Mineola epitomizes exceptional customer service. She counseled me through the entire process to ensure I understood all the terms and conditions and helped me consolidate my expenses into a lower monthly payment. I feel confident referring my friends and family to World for all their financial needs. Someone give this woman a cape!!

Reagan and Melissa were very courteous, friendly and worked quickly. They both helped us get exactly what we needed. I think they're both due for raises at this point. Thanks so much
