I didn't open a loan all because of someone who answered the phone who didn't give good feed back at all. All I asked is what I would need to open a loan..first response was "a what mam" next followed by a "what do you mean". I think that was the worst and made me have no trust with moving forward.

Israel is one the best ppl to work with ppl to help them get a loan. He is incredible. Also the worker that work are very understanding and help with what they can.

I have used them, when needed. They have always been nice. Yes they will call you over and over until you answer if you are late for a payment, but that is their job.
