The lady can hardly speak English but she can sure be rude. I am not even a client and after this never. I asked her to stop calling my childs.phone number and she gave me an excuse as to why she will continue to call. No respect for kids phone number. P.s if you can't remember who your calling you probably need a job where you don't need to remember things

Never fall for their fake smiles. After making a payment over the phone and giving them my card info I had my identity stolen and alot of money was spent in Florida. These people know when you're in need of money and will convince you to "skip" a payment and pay nothing until the following month and in the end your balance goes back to where you started. My hard worked money was thrown in the trash. I've been in there when a customer complained that her balance was missing the last payment. The manager kept defending herself with "that's impossible" and refused to take a look at her account. If you don't check they will take as much as they can from you, only because people that go here care about their credit but all the employees from Toledo care is screwing you over.

Manager Mrs. Deleon is the tops of it all! She is so friendly, very atentive, has the great costumer service,... and treats costumers an A+❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
