Dana was great she answered all my questions and did not have any issues cashing my check. I recommend this location to whoever needs assistance and fast response or reaction. Such a positive attitude she had because other locations.

I came to cash my first payroll check, and it was a little less than $1200. I was charged $52 and $10 for a "Porte" debit card that I didn't ask for. I now have a $10 debit card that shows I was charged $13 dollars and then charged $3 for the application. I entered the pin number, and I can't activate the card now. I was in a bind and needed gas money, so I didn't debate the $52 charge, but now I feel like I got scammed by Dana. I'll update this review, and if the card activates later, I'll update it again, but this sucks to be honest. I wasn't asked if I wanted a debit card or anything prior to being enrolled

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience with the branch on North Limberg St. in Missouri. Timber and Sierra were the rudest people I have ever spoken to on a supposedly "professional" level. They hung up on me twice without even knowing why I was calling. They put me on speaker phone and "Timber" told "Sierra" to hang up on me!!! I am still waiting on a call from their District Manager KIMBERLY.
