If I could no stars I would! The girl that works in the front desk, I would know her name but she didn’t even introduce herself , including the the manager are rude and have an attitude , I felt the energy as soon as I approached the girl in the front desk. Yes I was able to get my loan but the customer service was bad the only reason I went to that location was because Tiffany at the other location was super nice and I figured that this location would have the same attitude, I only went because it was closer to my house. I work with ppl everyday and no matter what I’m going through I still have a positive attitude and make sure I don’t spread negative energy!!! Even though they had an attitude I still kept my self from letting them know about themselves. I will NOT refer no one to this office! Period!

My experience was great. Elson and the staff there were helpful and awesome. Really recommend this place.

This company sends unsolicited mail with checks in my name that could potentially be cashed by anyone! They do not answer the phone, either. I wouldn't accept a loan from these people even if I needed one with the lack of professionalism i see so far. Update: Look at the douchebag response. Unbelievable! Why should I have to take time out of my day to stop your from putting me at risk!? You are forcing your mail on me, which I view as an assault on my privacy. I do not want checks floating about with my name on them. You are putting me at a disadvantage by mailing this JUNK MAIL with a check in my name, without my knowledge or consent. At this point, any mail you send me is without my consent. Thanks!
