Very bad experience with customer support. You will be given the option to select an appropriate date of payment at your convenience at their website and nobody will explain to you there's will be additional charges if you don't stick to their due date. They just send a letter stating there's a past due of additional fees in a couple of months because you chose a different date of payment.
