Worst customer service I've ever received. Bombarded by flyers from this place and then when you call youre not approved. The lady on the phone actually yelled at me. Told me she would call me back in 5 mins. After a hour and a half and completing an online application(pointless as well)no call back. I call them back only to have the lady scream at me ...rush through my info...and then tell me she would call me back AGAIN. When she did finally call back...she told me I had negative income and I bring home $700 every two weeks plus bonuses..SMH...Gold star financial really needs to redo their website because all of the customer friendly and going the extra mile they advertise is CLEARLY a lie.

Manager was very rude when calling and when confronted when called back she tried to act as if she did not call with a rude tone. Very disappointed. I’ve had nicer reps
