I did not have to wait long. Gladys was very helpful and thorough. The visit with her was very pleasant making the transaction more simplified.

One main helped me and my wife get everything taken care of. They were always available and the process did not take more than a day. The customer service was excellent. One main has my lifetime recommendation

My husband stopped in today to apply for a loan and was told they were too busy to help him (with only one other customer in the building waiting). He didn't mind waiting, but was told you were too busy to help him. He then asked if maybe someone could call him when they weren't busy and was told HE could call back later and if they weren't busy they could help him via phone. You were not friendly and made him feel like he wasn't worthy of your business.

Completely waisted our time and not reliable at all. Spent 4 days with them telling us to do a load of stuff, never calling us back and by the end of it they could not do anything for us. Wouldn’t tell us why or any other information.

I would like to say that my experience with OneMainFinancial was GREAT and the Representative was Awesome, very Professional THANKS
