I have never worked with more professional and five-star customer service people !!!! This company helps their customers!!! Im my experience with this company is nothing but positive I feel like the girls here really care about the customers this company is a very caring company and they make you feel like family I mean from the minute you walk in you can see they have goodies for you and Waters for free on the table!! Who else offers the most family oriented 5 star customer service!! They are not just a loan company but they really care about you as a person! If you want 5 star customer service and friendly service and a company that treats you like family, then this company is for you to help you through a rough spot and help you turn it into a positive experience!!!

Place said they pulled my credit and I had a charged off account with another loan company. I let them know they were wrong I actually have an open account with that same loan place you are speaking about and it’s in great standing. The lady was like well I don’t know then she tried to say she needed 6 months of good payment history to approve someone for a loan. I have great payment history over the past two years on everything. Then she was like well sir I don’t know what to tell you. Sounds like she wasn’t really trying to work. My credit isn’t the best but it’s in the six hundreds and I make my payments on time especially over the last two years and I needed 200 bucks to get by for the week. Horrible service horrible horrible service. I recommend if you are in need of help to do business elsewhere. They aren’t trying to help the customer they are trying to get out of working.

Why ask for references when they will call other family members that were not listed as reference just cause they were once related!
