I would like to express my appreciation for the way Alex at the local branch conducted the fast and easy process in obtaining the much needed loan. She was kind, courteous and very friendly to deal with. I might add, the entire staff at this branch are all very courteous, friendly and approachable.

I started the loan process online and it was a complete mess. There was no response from the number they supplied and the email response seemed automated. When the New Braunfels store got my application though everything went very smooth. The staff was responsive and the service was prompt and friendly.
