DONT DEAL WITH DONNA!!! Absolutely worst when it comes to communicating, had to call the executive branch and let them know about her and how unprofessional she is. Hates her job so much and it reflects well in her tone. One main should get rid of her it might bring a new light to the office, and more business as well. I’m thankful for the service provided from them but dealing with DONNA has left a bad taste about our business!

I needed a short term loan for a sudden large purchase. Julia got me the funds in about 2 hours from loan application to funds hitting my bank. You can’t beat that. Yes, the interest rates are high, so it’s not a great longterm financial move. But in a pinch, they’re great. Thank you Julia!

Mrs. Rachel saved my account here. I had the loan for over 2 years to help my credit and was from another branch. I transferred to this location and my experience was horrible and I was counting the days to close the account until Rachel came along. Rachel saved me as a customer with her customer service, knowledge of their services and was quick when increasing my almost paid off loan. Definitely recommend them.

I went to pay them off my check was 72 cents short of the payoff they then told me I couldn't use my debt card to pay the rest and waited a day to call me back and charged me 13.40 for a day of interest. $14 doesn't matter its the principal of being petty. They lost me as a customer.

Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the in terest rates are high.

The staff at the New Braunfels location were very helpful. Made the entire process great. Raquel and Cassi were awesome. They were able to help us and explained everything thoroughly to us

I did not get her name but very unprofessional. Very rude on the phone kept sighing like she was so disturbed to be helping me. Being a csr myself I would never talk to a person the way this individual did.
