I was highly impressed with both the associate and the general manager. They were both professional as well as patient and kind. The general manager was very personable and made you feel comfortable. The process literally took from start to finish maybe 30 minutes and a lot of that is outside taking pictures of your vehicle. They're very knowledgeable about the process and walk you through it step by step. They're up front and honest about the fees and what could happen if you don't follow through. I would most definitely recommend if you're in a tight spot or just in need. They'll take care of you.

Walking into this place, I was super beyond nervous! I didn’t know how to feel or what to think, and the ranch manager Paul was an absolute help! He welcomed me in, acknowledged me, and made me feel so relaxed and at ease! He explained things to me, and conversed with me like I was just a normal body there. If anyone ever wants to go and get extra help go and talk to Paul! He is the branch manager there is amazing! Title max is lucky to have such a people person like himself!
