I needed some last minute cash as I was going out of town, I went into this office after contacting them on-line and was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. The manager is a jewel with a smile that makes anyone feel comfortable in very trying times, handled my case quickly and efficiently. I recommend this office and staff to anyone in need of a loan!

I applied for a loan with a gentleman (can't remember his name) My appointment to get my loan was on a Tuesday at 6pm. When I got to my appointment, I was informed that he had quit on Friday. Ok, you had 2 days to get my paperwork/documents ready to go for your customer's appointment. Since I uploaded ALL the documents they wanted, I figured I'd go in and they would go over the contract and payment, sign and I would leave. When I got there, they were not organized at all. I then was told I needed 3 references, which I had already provided and uploaded in their portal. I had to provide it again. We were there almost 3 hours! We didn't get to eat dinner until 9pm! We were frustrated and tired. They were kind and apologetic, but they needed to be more organized and ready when a customer has an appointment. I am happy to get my loan and needed the help, but their interest rate is high!

I came to the North Richland Hills location and was greeted with a warm and pleasing smile from Nika. She is the branch manager there and she would receive from me in a scale 1 to 5 with 5 being excellent a 5 she is nice, sweet and patient. Thanks for the great service.

Angela the Assistant Branch Manager was such a delete and did a wonderful job in helping me ... Such a great experience... And Nikka the Branch Manager was also such a sweet and kind individual... I will be forever grateful...Thank you Ladies for your time and help...
