Crystal, was extremely courteous and helpful. The process was very simple and easy for an old schooler like myself. I drove In from Midland the night before and arrived at this location at 5:30pm to finish the application. I was told by Belinda that she had already shut down the system and I would need to return the following day unless I was making a payment. I became frustrated knowing I would need to make the drive back to Midland back and forth …I have been in customer service over forty years and have always believed the customer comes first, but not in this case. I was very relieved that Crystal handled my application and not Belinda.
