I first spoke to Reyna on the phone, she was quite helpful and gave me information I needed to show up ready to do business. Once I arrived to the location another lady (Jackie) gladly helped me, and quickly processed my loan. she was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable (didn’t hesitate to answer any doubts I had). Office is clean and the atmosphere very calm so this helped especially being a nervous first time loan applicant. 10/10 recommend!
