Heritage Land Bank - Palestine Branch, Palestine, TX

Called Heritage with a problem needing proof that my land was paid off and not in a HOA. Closing is set for Monday at 9 a.m. I am calling them on Tuesday asking if they have anything that can help me. They sent me something but lender said it wouldn't work. Sent them an email that night. First thing the next morning they send me original loan, and release of lien - exactly what my lender needed. Laura Thomason Scott is awesome. So closing will happen Monday at 9 all thanks to her. Great place to get loans, but also they go above and beyond even after they are paid off. Thank you so much Laura Thomason Scott. I appreciate what you did for me.

Poor communication. Offered a lender other than what I wanted.
