The representative that worked with me I believe is named Amanda(?). She has the spirit of an angel because she is so patient, understanding and kind. She did not mind when I asked the same question several times; stated I didn't know how to do certain technical stuff like uploading, screen sharing, etc. Amanda (?) simply talked me through in a very kind voice and even laughed at some of my foolish statements. It was like being right there in the room with her and her acting as though you have been doing business for AGES!!! My recent experience was SUPER FANTASTIC!!!!
