If you are in need of a small loan… don’t walk or run, but drive to Palestine finance. The branch manager Brittany and the assistant manager are hands down the best people to get you approved and are amazing.

Whoever the new manager is don’t have an idea of what’s she’s doing and the corporate office is even the worst…Jessica used to be very nice but she’s no longer there so I guess every manager comes up with their own ideas

The staff and service at Palestine Finance have always been exceptional. I've had accounts with them off and on over the last 20 or so years and they've never been rude. They've always been understanding with my situation and have worked with me. If you're in need of a loan, I can highly recommend them.

Great group of ladies with great customer service. They do not treat you like a client or customer, they treat you like family or a friend. I highly recommend them. Again, they’re excellent people to work with.

My dad and I enjoy Palestine Finance very much, we enjoyed the previous location and we like their new office spot even more. They hire good people and are a good lender and we will tell other people to use them also. Shauna and Brittany are good young women to work with and we call them our friends.
