It has the poorest communication that I have ever received since being a member since 1980. What has happened to customer service? I am so disappointed.

Poor communication, poor business ethics and only talk to you if you have money or good credit. Would not recommend this bank.

I have had a pleasure of being a member for almost ten years. I now live out of town and continue to bank with them. I have had accounts elsewhere, and they can’t compare to the service I have received here. PTFCU has been helpful in many areas. They are there in emergencies and daily needs. Always willing to go above and beyond for each and every member. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to know they are taken care of, understood and can walk in and be known by name.

I love their friendly atmosphere. They greet you with a smile and by name and very personable. Quick to get us in and out.
