So unless you find yourself in a bad spot financially I would not get a title loan. The finance charges are far too high. However as far as customer service goes these guys are awesome. SANDRA was amazing and very fast and got me a fair amount for the shape my car is in. She and the manager were both very friendly and accommodating and got me through it very quickly. So if you need to get a title loan Titlle Max is the place to go to be treated right. They should teach other companies how to treat customers
