It isn't the fact that I didn't get approved the lady was very rude over the phone, when asked for the amount I wanted I asked " What are the loan amounts " most loan places tell you they start at and end at , but I was replied back with "just give me an amount". Then when I wasn't approved she made me feel like i had a desease over there phone because I had to many inquiries. So I'm not sure who they have answering phones but they definitely need customer service lessons. Won't ever try to apply again, I was approved by an online loan which I previously had dealings with before should have just stuck with them in the first place.

The staff and my loan officer were so friendly and efficient. I appreciate how fast and convenient this process was. Thank you!

Please do not be humiliated getting a loan from this company. If you got direct deposit going to your main bank account, it obviously you be insulted with the question they ask. Please try Red River Federal Credit Union first tell I sent you. To have customers you treat them with Respect and Dignity Honor. This One Main Financial are not acceptable to Black Communities. I retired as Adminstrator and Executive Director of Marketing everyone knows my reputation do not waste your time. I really don't know what to say about the Paris office. Although I'm glad we were able to get a loan for a necessity with less-than-average credit, our rep was really a ditz and nearly never straight with us. Can't tell you how many times we heard "it's been approved" only to come in and find out it was actually more info she needed. She couldn't keep our phone numbers straight, called me by my husband's name on more than one occasion, and was so obsessed with pushing the insurances that she wouldn't even hear what we were asking until it was repeated multiple times. Final straw was after funds were dispersed - who the hell sends a check to a major credit card company, puts both our names on the check (which equaled 3 possible credit cards between the two of us) and writes the account number on a sticky note instead of on the check?? Way to cost us extra fees on the credit card that SHOULD have been paid off. Really hope I don't have to deal with her ever again!

My wife and I have been using them for a while and they have always been great there. They are very helpful at doing what they can for you with loans that can help you with various things like debt consolidation, building your credit, vacation money, or whatever. We've just done smaller unsecured loans with them, but I believe you can do larger secured loans also. As long as you treat them right (payments on time, etc) they'll treat you right.
