All I can say is WOW! Brenda was very professional and kind. My customer experience with her was one of a kind. I had trouble getting the documents required and she was just as patient as could be with me, even while multi-tasking with the phone ringing with back to back calls. You should have more people like her working for you. Thank you Brenda for all your help!!
