Ana was nice and very professional. My husband had a stroke and she sympathized with our special situation. She answered all questions and was available whenever I called. Thank you, everything was excellent.

I called and spoke to Ulesis to see if I qualify for a loan for a procedure and he wanted me to go into detail how that procedure works so I find it kinda weird why he is asking what kind a procedure I was needing the money for, it’s actually confidential but I didn’t want to be rude but I feel this is not his place to ask. The loan rep at this location told me over the phone what to bring and he said he was gonna have everything ready for me come Monday. So I showed up at the office just for him to tell me I wasn’t approve I was upset he made me waste my gas when he could’ve told me that over the phone.

I've been with Regional for many years. Everything was going fine until June. I got behind on my payment. I didn't have enough to make my payment. So without my permission they went into my bank account and withdrew the June payment plus the July payment which is not due yet. So now my bank account is overdrawn. I have to pay insufficient funds. If I had the money I would have made the payment. This happened at Regional on Shaver St. In Pasadena TX. You need to speak to the manager about this. Not to get into my bank account without my permission.

If I could rate this company negative stars I would. Gabby at regional finance is the absolute worst, my boyfriend told her to stop calling him because he was somehow added to their caller list and she was the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever experienced. She told him that she would keep calling him as many times as she wanted to. He told her if that was the case that he would just block her number. So she said that if was fine if he blocked the number because she had multiple numbers that she could call from, and that's just what she did... She called him from another number and after he blocked this one, she called him from a BLOCKED NUMBER. She literally had the GUTS to *67 him, and for what? Did she think at that point that she would get what she wanted? This is so unprofessional and I hope she is fired.

I been here for 5 years . They help me in lots of things are very professional and they go out there way to help you . The one to talk to is Sabrina or Jasmine Or Mariana they help everyone very well . It a great place to borrow money . And ask me for a reference .
