This is my second time using this office. This time, it was for a refinance. I can honestly say that this team ensures that you will get the best bang for your buck. A mutual friend recommended Mortage Options of Texas and I recently refinanced my house with help from John and Nicole. They really are profesional and easy to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way, via texting, email and phone. John shopped for the best rate and explained in details my options and allowed me to make decision, based on my situation. Nicole communicated with me at least 2 times a week. I appreciate that they use secured portal to send/receive documents, instead of emailing. The whole process took approximately 3 weeks. On the day of closing, John even came to meet us at the title company, across town and helped explaining all the documents that we had to sign. Thank you, John and Nicole! You are the BEST. Without John and Nicole, the process would've been much more stressful. The builder was giving us a hard time, but through this process, they worked our loan as if it were their own. Through the process, we were stress free and closed our loan with no issues! Their candor was what we needed to end strong! One year later, and hearing stories from other home buyers, I can say the stress level was more minimalized working with the MOOTX team. We're forever grateful and we Highly recommended them!
