Tatiana has a repulsive attitude. Each time I call and she answers, she is absolutely unprofessional. Check your attitude! You can go home if you're tired an do not feel like working!

Took a friend to this location. Tanya Olalde, the young lady that helped her out was very pleasant. She was very helpful in every way that it made the process seem so simple. I was amazed at the knowledge/ level of expertise and customer service this young lady had. Will definitely be returning in the future for myself. Thank you for helping out.

Tanya Olalde was all cute and attentive when I went in to get my loan. As soon as I called her needing her assistance on something. She had the audacity to speak over me and tell me that if I didn't have the contract infront of me she couldn't assist me. Never did I raise my voice at her, never did I treat her any different. All I said was I didn't understand nor agreed with what she was telling me. She didn't even bother to hear what I wanted to explain to her. So I went in and spoke to whoever the manager is there and proved exactly my point that they messed up on my loan. Tbh thats not even the worst part. Then Tanya had the nerve to walk behind me and speak to the manager in Spanish assuming that I wasn't going to understand her. You never talk about someone in front of them in a different language!!! Like that is hella rude!!! If she had something to share, she could of walked up and shared her thoughts in English. Worst mistake to had given her my business. I'm just so upset of how she dealt with the situation. Once I'm done with this never recommending and never going back!
