If you’re trying to do a quick bank run you’re better off going inside, the clerks Hortencia and Victoria are so friendly, helpful and quick! Meanwhile the drive thru service is absolutely TERRIBLE!! You can be the only car out of all the lanes and you’ll still be sitting there at least 10/15 minutes and if there are other cars you can guarantee it’s going to be an even longer wait. You can see the ladies through the window just talking and laughing while they look directly at you not doing anything.

Do not listen to your needs, secretaries not have the training good enough.

Drive through is ridiculously slow. Don’t know why it takes them so long to process a small simple deposit.

Love yall to death;however, please update your drive thru hours. I drove from orla thinking yall were open until 6 but you close at 5. Thanks!!!

Drive-thru tellers not pay attention and don't make appropriate transactions.

If I can give this bank 0 stars I would their window service is horrible and the monthly charge is the highest out of all banks in pecos also all the girls are rude if you hate your job yall should go look for something else very disappointed I just closed my account here taking my self else where.
