It’s crazy to say that Sherry and Brendon have become friends to me. I love them. They are the nicest people and always make sure that I know all of the information to keep my loan current and do whatever helps me the most. They do everything in their power to help and I won’t be going to any other cash store no matter how far I move! The service is Definitely worth the drive!

The representative name Edgar that was assisting me went through my profile update my account with no problem. He ask for bank information and because their wasn’t enough activity on their he’s word of mouth actually helped denied me instead just trying to run it through the system! I had the income plus etc. You all just lost my business I see why you guys don’t have as many stores now y’all are almost like the IRS want to know you’re whole life spending history!

I've used this place (Plano location) a handful of times. I can't speak for anyone needing a loan for longer than a week or two as I've paid off my loans within that time frame every time. I use them when I need money but don't get my paycheck for about another week or so. If you need a loan for longer be prepared for paying big interest, that's how all companies like this work, not just Cash Store. The longer you take to pay it off the more interest you pay. This location is great. They make you feel very comfortable and are very professional. Love going through them when I'm in a jam. Once you're approved you get your money right there and then. To me getting a loan is pretty friggin embarrassing (I overthink things lol) but for real they act like it's completely normal and you feel zero judgement. Awesome place.

I have never done business with this place and they called my work line 3 times in a row. I can only assume they do this to their customers which is harassment. When I called to be removed they asked for a cell phone number? Why would I give them this. The person with whom I spoke with was snippy as well. Be cautious with this place, seems aggressive.

Tre was great ! Very helpful and knows how to keep a conversation going. Made the process so easy. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family!

100% recommend this store Devon was extremely helpful and friendly. Was in and out in less then 30 minutes. Devon explained the process and documents to me very well and made sure i understood my obligations.
