hey everybody, I just want to say that One Main Financial in Plano is really Awesome, Better Yet my Agent Caroline was the most respectable, easy to communicate with and supe awesome with handling all my paperwork. I'm so happy everything went through so quickly and I didn't need to go into the office. How Awesome is that! Especially for me I don't like to drive. Carolyn is awesome. There was an issue with the automated payment deduction, and she helped resolved it in a timely matter. She also helped me get approved for additional funding in the same day.

Carolyn was a great help. She very nice and helpful in getting me the money I need for upcoming bills and it even ended up refinancing my car at a lower APR.

Applying and getting the loan was fairly easy. However, getting copies of the documents, not so much. Never saw them online as promised. Representative stated they would be mailed. It's been weeks, nothing yet... they don't fail to send payment reminders.

The person I spoke with named Rachelle, not sure if I spelled the name right; was extremely rude. She hung up on me with very few details. I don’t think it’s ok to treat anyone that way or make them feel like they aren’t equal to you. She really should consider a job where she doesn’t interact with the public. Surely customer service matters to some extent.

My experience with one main finance was absolutely the best. I have never had such kindness along with how easy they made the process of assisting me with the loan. Thanks one main.
