This is a scan. Don't use this type of loan. They set people up for loans that they can not afford. They give people huge contracts that that they are not capable of reading and understanding. These types of loans are actually due the day you take them out. Interest immediately start to add to the principal (the amount you borrowed) the very next day. What this means in plain English is when you get a loan it continues to grow everyday. This is a set daily interest rate. It is the same no matter how much you owe. Meaning if you owe $50 and you take 30 days to pay, you may be paying $230 or more. Unless you have a windfall (a large income tax return, a big payday, someone giving you money), there's no way to pay these loans back. Whenever taking out loans bring someone with you such as an attorney, a business advisor, an accountant or someone you trust who can read very well. Take your time and read every page before you sign. And no matter how much you need money be willing to walk away if the pages don't say what you need them to say. The only way out for most people is to file bankruptcy. Doing business at a place like this could place you in bankruptcy as your only alternative to close out this debt. Their managers are unwilling to reduce the interest to except a payment and close the account. This is how they make money! Do not do business at this establishment! Do not trust the friendly looking faces behind the counter or desk, they will not explain all of these details to you. When you sign their contract, If you are not fully literate and cannot read well and you will not know what you are getting into. Protect yourself, your family and friends by recommending that they do not use this business or businesses like this. If you need a personal loan go through a bank or other trusted organizations.
