ATM rarely works the way it should. No urgency from the workers. Had to go back in person to get my debit card two weeks after opening a checkings. Going back to Wells Fargo.

I like that your cash, and check deposits post to your account immediately. If your check is a large deposit, you may have to wait a day or so to have all your funds available to you but it's still one of the best banking institutions around.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered at any TDECU. This branch has single handedly caused me to seek other banking options. You will wait 30 mins to an hour every time. They have hours posted, but close before the hours on the window. I love my tdecu in lake jackson. This place is far from what it should be. Hopefully someone can show some interest in customer service one day. Sadly disappointed every time.

I love banking with TDECU, they have excellent customer service and great banking options.

It says the drive through opens at 8 a.m. its 8:20 and see people inside but still not operational

You can't even find local branch phone numbers. You have to call a main center, talk to someone who is obviously in another country just to get an answer, ridiculous. I don't know why customers put up with this garbage.
