Neches Federal Credit Union, Port Neches, TX

They've always taken good care of me and tend to my every need. (On a side note) I don't believe negative reviews are based in reality and aren't truthful.

Worst credit union ever! They act like they are better than a bank but they don't care about members. I spent 22 years with my hometown credit union and regret moving to Neches. I had heard some bad stories and should have listened. The loan committee is vindictive. I would suggest DuGood Credit Union! I hear nothing but great things about them.

The bank is not very convenient as far as the times they are open and access to making deposits. The atm's are outdated and do not accept deposits. There are 3 branches all within 1/2 mile of each yet being able to make a deposit is almost impossible. The app is always down and therefore transferring funds is a hit or miss.

I absolutely love this credit union. I open my first account with them at the age of 16. After graduating highschool i moved off to houston for college and had to open up an acount with a large chain Bank. In the five years I spent in Houston every time I walked into this other Bank I missed having my acount with Neches it wasn't anything close to the way they do business or the customer service you experience. Needless to say when I move back reopening my account was the first thing I did. They do so much with the comunity, and the children within. The environment is always welcome and friendly every time I come in I feel right at home.

Don't take any loans out with them I'm pulling my millions dollars out of that bank and going somewhere else Over a truck deduction on insurance

I've had an account with Neches ever since its Port Neches location first opened. Since then, after visiting many branches, each has had exceptional customer service. There has never been a long wait, they are always sufficiently staffed, Representatives are always pleasant, and the locations are great! 💚 …

Whether I am looking for help with a loan or help with my account, Neches FCU does a great job! Top notch customer service!
