Good location, clean store and very friendly staff. Manuel G was very polite and patient. The application process was swift and easy. Approval at head-spinning speeds. Me and my husband had gone up there & the entire process was completely professional and very quick. Maybe took 15 minutes for the entire thing. The facility was spotless and clean. They completely worked with us on payments and the amount and did everything they could to help us. We set up an automatic withdraw for the payment but we still get a call two days prior to make sure that we are able to pay that payment or if we needed extra time. These people are very unprofessional. Do not believe the pre-approved offer. They give you on the phone. They tell you. You're pre approved just to get you in the office. If google would let me I would give them a 0 out of 5 stars. I was pre-approved on the phone only to get into the office, To be denied the loan. On top of all that, they ran my credit without obtaining my permission i had no idea that they were run in my credit. Again, very unprofessional.
