I’m so amazed on how it’s been years that I’ve seen miss Rhonda….always clear and attentive on what to do while applying for anything excellent customer service.This is why I’m here again .

I went to the location at main and 75 twice yesterday. The kid working wouldn't even scan my check. He looked at it and told me the manager was off site and wouldn't be available until after one. I returned to the location at 1:45 to find the same kid sleeping. After tapping on the window for a minute to wake him up, he informed me that the manager was still off site with no return ETA. I asked him to call the manager, which he flat out refused. Five minutes later I arrived at this location and had my check cashed and deposited within ten minutes. Robert was the best and I will only use this location in the future!

For my visit today I was really discouraged trying to get assisted financially for my rent. Miss Rhonda the customer service representative educated me briefly and I knew I wasn't going to be able to be approved. She took all my documents and encouraged me just to fill out all the information and let's see if I will be approved and I was. I'm so grateful for her customer service and common courtesy and assisted me on today. And kudos for her remembering me for coming in across about 2 weeks ago and also our conversation briefly.
