Amazing customer service from the introductions to the thank for doing business with us. Brandy and Laura were super sweet . The process itself transparent and quick (less than 30minutes) if I find myself needing financial assistance ever again I will definitely be returning to their North Richland Location.

I want to start off by saying thank you to Brandy. I walked in 10 minutes to closing and she still greeted me and asked me to come in, and never did she say it was almost closing time, even though I knew It was! She took her time and didn’t rush and stayed 20 minutes past closing time! Brady is this best!! I walked in thinking I would not be approved come to find out I was Brandy explained my options and took care of me in a timely manner! She is the best ask for Brandy!
