J & K Loans, Rio Grande City, TX

I have been a customer of J&K Loans RGC for at least 24 years now. I actually transferred my account from the Eagle Pass location that I opened in 1991. I wont state that my situations have always been great and without issues, but my account has been active with J&K since 1991 and in Rio Grande City since 1995. I have always found the staff, especially management, to helpful when I have needed to make payment arrangements and so on. My Overall rating is based on my personal monthly interactions with those who work in Rio Grande City. Thank you all for consistently helping and working with me.

They don't care about customers, most loan companies understand, have ways to help and give break, but what they do is harassing with hundreds of calls, voicemails, threatening and using a voice tone and attitude very bad. I owe them and as soon as I can will pay off to never have business with them anymore. My husband and I are going thru a very difficult situation, I hope you, Eneida, Norma and other ladies working there never have to go thru this. And apart of my situation, your behavior is making this worst, making me and my husband feel depress, very nervous and sad. Being human, showing empathy and compassion is free. But I guess not for you.

The manager and workers were very professional, there wasn’t a long wait, and customer service was very good.I highly recommend this company.
