What a great experience we had today working with Tanya at the Robstown,Texas location. We had to close out a old account that was being compromised by other people for a long time. No knowing the proper route to take to stop this it was a great experience to have someone whom was very knowledgeable and professional and courteous with everything made everything good great. I would recommend that if you ever need a check cashed or are looking to have your money put on a card, to come to this location

I recently experienced exceptional customer service that deserves nothing less than a 5-star rating. Isabel from the Ace Cash Express at the Robstown location was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address my inquiries promptly!! Her professionalism and dedication have truly set a high standard. Highly recommended!!!!

Rides customer service ever, I called and asked if there was a limit the lady told me no as long as they could verify the check they could cash it. Obviously I called because I was heading in to cash the check. I travel from out of town and get to the store she takes a look at it and says she doesn’t have the money. I asked why didn’t she say that when I called and she was super rude and told me because I didn’t ask her and I responded with well obviously I was calling to see if y’all could cash larger checks because I had one I needed to cash and she became extremely rude and told me she didn’t have to disclose any of that information. Not only was she rude but this was all happening while she was eating her lunch ,with crumbs falling out of her mouth. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. The only thing I could get out of her was her last name which she claimed to be Gonzalez. Here is the best picture I could find of her while she was stuffing her face while trying her very best not to be helpful.
