Lillian was absolutely rude and frustrated that I stated that she should have advised when I called to let me know the options for payment. She waived her hands around in the air for me to stop talking to her and threatened that if I kept berating her that she could refuse service. I advised that she should not waive her hands around which is not professional at all she continued to state are you done

Sometime God Will protect you from Debt unaware. I drove 30 minutes to get denied and they refuse to show me the Policy are proof. I’m not writing because I’m upset , I’m writing to let you know don’t waste time are gas. If your account is Negative. They will not help you. Have a bless Day.
