Angel is so sweet and made the process so easy. I will definitely be letting my friends and family who are in need of cash know about this place. They also make it very easy to pay back the loan and they report to the credit bureaus so it helps your credit. Five stars from me!!!!! Thank you for everything!

I’ve been using Easy Financial since 2018 and I loved them! They were always so nice and I started referring a lot of people to them because of their service. Angel was very kind and I’m not sure what happened to her but now she’s so sensitive and unprofessional. She takes everything so personal and she has become very unpleasant to deal with. I would never recommend that anyone deal with them anymore. It’s not worth it at all and they have become a bunch of liars.

Ms. Angel is a very customer oriented staff member. All other individuals that I have interacted with, even via email/text, have followed her lead in providing excellent customer service. I like checking these types of businesses out from time to time. This one seems legit up until you complete the application process. First off you can't get passed the application unless you agree to being contacted for promotional reasons, theirs and third-parties. then you receive a preapproval email letter telling to contact them for the amount that you are approved for. When you do they tell you approved or not. I read their and met their criteria and yet was denied when I called. So to me it seems it is just a way to collect your information. I can't for anyone else, I think it's a scam that is made to look like a business.

I couldn't get my installment agreement confirmed online. Now I must go into the store.
