I loved this place at first they were very loving. And caring especially the ladies in the finance center that took my payments were very caring and understanding but after my car started messing up on me after almost 2 1/2 years I wanted to do a trade in and the manager Carlos at the Rowlett location really tried to go out his way to help me, but the upper management didn’t want to work with me as far as the payment they wanted me to pay almost 3000 dollars to trade in for the value of my Buick so I feel like I was let down I was a great customer with them and u guys worry more about money than your customers and that is sad I was happy at the beginning, but felt disappointed at the end that I cried when I had to leave this car place I felt it was my best Carplace ever I had been to, but o well it is what it is.

One of DFW best car place. Reasonable, they work with, customer service is on it every min and sec. I'm glad I chose Barret Motors, two cars and another one coming. I have nothing but great things to say about Barrett Motors. I fell onto hard times and they consistently been quite helpful as well as understanding. I would recommend anyone that would like a quality car, great service, along with a fair 1 year warranty to please give them a try. It makes me want to continue my business with them.

I love Barrett Motors. They are a wonderful fun group of sales reps. The office, especially Billie are the most understanding. I have had so many ups and downs but I am on my second car. I referred my daughter who just paid off her car. My best friend who bought one and a co worker. I was initially impressed with the process started by Jason at the Rowlett location. Since then I have not been disappointed by ALL the Staff, everyone is professional and very courteous. My experience with Barrett Motors and BMI Finance has been the Best experience as far as buying a vehicle and paying for it the pickup I purchased is great , paying for it,I had a few ups and downs,knee surgery and part time work until I could get back on my feet Eggart DeSoto and the staff at BMI helped me make it threw a very hard time in my Life,Mr DeSoto would always work with me and encouraged me ,I was so relieved when I heard him say "We are going to get threw this together" words can not express how Eggart and the staff at BMI helped me get back on my feet and threw all the ups and downs, which were many, we are almost threw with this,And when I do purchase another vehicle I'll go to Barrett Motors, Because I trust them when it comes to vehicles and BMI Finance because they will be with you and their people really care about you , Thanks Eggart and the staff at BMI Finance It's been a Great experience.
