My mom when to a car lot in Rowlett tx. To get a car. And one main place said she was approved. Then on Saturday the car lot called one main place and told the car lot that they have lost the loan papers. This one main place will be turned in to be checked out. I'm thinking about calling fox 4 news. To let other people know. How they treat people. I'm very upset. With how this place dose business. So please be aware.

This place is a joke! Get approved online and a store rep tells your approved. Then the manager and supposedly the district manager talks to you and tells sorry it's not approved. Run and run fast. Kept telling me they are equal. Yeah right. Was told my student loans were showing payments which is a lie!! They are in deferrment. I have two incomes amd they still said minimum other bills and said its still not enough. Asked for the corporate number Angela said someone would call me back the same day after she submitted it as unresolved. Guess what NO ONE HAS CALLED!!!

I went online to apply for a personal loan and was told, because I have 9 student loans reporting (in current standing) the way they they are reporting that I do not qualify. Do not waist your time with this company. She stated the way it's reporting effects my debt ratio. I have three incomes and minimum bills.

We all know personal loans are bad, but when you need help to navigate this ever changing life and economy OneMain is a good shoulder to lean on.
