Way behind times with technology. Do not take care of loyal customers. They are almost as good as using a home safe/lock box, if you only want to "store" your money.

If I could give negative stars I would..... My debit card has been disabled multiple times since I opened my account, and every time I contact them they say it's due to weather.... This has always happened on Fridays or on the weekend when they are closed, and they don't have anyone to address these issues over the weekend...

1 out of 10, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! If you plan on being able to use your money, this is not the bank for you. Debit Card declines 3 out of 4 times, Staff are not friendly, and if you need something on the weekend....well that's to bad cause there is no one you can call. Your money would be easier to get to if you buried it in a coffee can in the middle of a land mine. If I could leave a negative rating, I would!
