Carol was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me. Customer service was exceptional. The true definition of the word!

She needed verification of my employment even though she had given me a loan prior(I understand guidelines no worries). So I showed her my deposits to my bank account which the account only has my name and she was asking to see a pay stub with my name on the check due to me "possibly sharing accounts with a spouse so I told her I have no one else on my bank account due to me being not married nor have kids. On top of that I used to work in banking so if anyone else is on your account it would show as a joint account. Apparently that was not enough. So she then continued to asked for another proof of my employment. I showed her my Health Insurance card with my COMPANY NAME AND MY NAME on the card and she still said it was not enough proof. Definitely not going back to this place.

Pam was a great help getting my card and explaining how it worked. Great customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!
