We applied online and were pre-approved for $9500 unsecured. After submitting the same information and running through the local system, was not approved for any loan. How is it possible to from a pre-approval to no approval?

Would've gave no stars but had to give one. The guy I dealt with was really professional and the loan was easy to get however my FIRST payment ran yesterday and they have already double charged me which overdrafted my account. Of course they'll refund the money in 7-10 business days but the 2 $35 overdraft fees and the $35 extended overdraft fee are on me. The two payments were deducted the day I got paid and I won't be paid for 2 more weeks so I can't really do much about the overdrafts except watch them rack up. What sucks is this is a 3 year loan and this was just the first payment. Take your business elsewhere
